Pretty rare item here. Payne Stewart's "Rookie Card" is Considered 1990 Pro-Set. This card came out 4 years earlier. It is still sealed in Plastic Cello Bag. Graded 9.5 Gem Mint by GAI. GAI Used to be considered the Authority on Sealed Pack Grading, before PSA got involved.
